commissions
hello, what are you looking for today?
I would like to commission an artwork for my personal use or as a gift to a friend.
I would like to commission an artwork with a commercial content license for digital use only (artwork for youtube or twitch, promotional illustration of characters from my book to post on social media)
or
I would like to commission an artwork with a commercial merchandising license (book illustration, covers, posters, TTRPG, any physical products)
I would like to commission a complex artwork that requires close co-operation.
If you're unsure as to how to approach the commission process, feel free to contact me at [email protected] . Please refer to my Terms of Service for orders placed via e-mail.
personal commissions & content license
As of August 2026, I have moved my personal commissions and allow for a content license to be purchased through VGen. You do not have to make a VGen account to order a commission, although it's recommended so that you can easily keep track of the progress.Below you can browse the range of commissions currently on offer or head directly to the site to place your order.
digital media commissions
character artwork

Semi-realistic portrait with plenty of loose brushstrokes and texture. Single character, minimal background.
illustration

The most extensive commission type covering topics such as multiple characters, non-humanoid creatures, pets, backgrounds, scenes, abstract compositions and so on.Rate will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, as I need to ensure I am able to fulfil the request to the client's satisfaction before committing. Prices range from £300 for simple projects to £1000 and over for complex artworks.
traditional media commissions
watercolour portrait

Semi-realistic, but slightly more stylised portrait created with the use of watercolour and gouache (acrylic or traditional), often finished with coloured pencil.
mystery portrait

The most affordable commission type that comes with a catch:I am in full control of the process. The final result will always be a surprise and there will be no revisions of any sort. How does it work? You provide me with a visual reference or a written description of a character and leave the rest in my hands. The scope, composition and pose get all decided by me. I can pick whichever style and medium (digital or traditional) I want, go as abstract or as detailed as I feel like. The end result might be monochrome or in colour, but always with a certain degree of polish to make it visually interesting (in other words, don't worry about potentially receiving a "naked" sketch).
commercial commissions
I am open to all kinds of commercial projects, including book illustrations, TTRPG, promotional materials, merchandise, as long as I feel like my style would be a good fit.Commercial commissions are subject to custom rates that vary depending on the scale of the request.
Please contact me directly at [email protected] in order to discuss your project as only then I will be able to provide an actual quote.
Make sure to include the following: description and scale of the project, preferred style, number of artworks required, timeline. Feel free to use any of my existing artwork as an example of the style you're looking for.For more general information on commissioning process, please refer to my Terms of Service.
The rates listed below are merely a general ballpark and should not be treated as a definite price list. Please note that they specifically assume a small scale of operation and therefore do not apply to projects geared toward a wider audience.

"Client" - you
payment
All payments for orders placed via e-mail are processed through Stripe. The Artist is in charge of preparing an invoice and sending it to the Client's e-mail address.
Quotes under 250 GBP - payment must be paid in full upfront. Quotes of 250 GBP and over - 50% to be paid upfront, the remaining 50% to be paid after the last major revision and before completion. Other partial payment plans may be discussed for quotes of 500 GBP and over.
timeline
Commission turnaround ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months, to be confirmed by the Artist upon confirming the request.
Should the Artist be delayed by unforeseen circumstances, it will be communicated to the Client as soon as possible.
process and revisions
The amount of revisions available depends on the type of commission chosen and will be confirmed by the Artist upon accepting the request.
The Artist reserves the right to refuse a free revision if the request is deemed unreasonable, such as: changing the idea from the original brief, changing major elements that have already been established at previous revision stages. Such revisions might be available at an extra fee.
The Client acknowledges that the Artist is given a certain degree of creative freedom. If the Client wishes to have a greater control of the process (such as having more revisions than stated), it has to be communicated beforehand.
delivery
By default all files are delivered digitally (i.e. uploaded to a cloud service such as Dropbox or Google Drive).
The Artist will provide two versions of the commission - a high resolution .png file and a small resolution .jpg file with watermark and a layer of Glaze already applied. If required, a flattened .psd file might be provided.
postage
Postage is an optional and paid service only available for commissions created in traditional media (excluding the Mystery Artwork tier).
Due to the GPSR laws, shipping to the European Union is currently unavailable.
If the Client wishes to receive the original artwork by post, it should be communicated to the Artist in advance in order to determine eligibility and calculate the cost.
The Artist does not take responsibility for mail getting damaged or lost once the package leaves the post office.
The Client is responsible for paying all duty and tariff fees, if applicable.
All artwork is sent unframed from the UK using a tracked mail service unless otherwise discussed.
conduct
The Artist will communicate with the Client through e-mail.
The Artist's goal is to provide a satisfactory result that goes in line with the services advertised. To achieve that, it is necessary that good communication is maintained between the Artist and the Client and requests for changes communicated appropriately.
Rude and inappropriate behaviour of the Client may result in the Artist cancelling the commission at any stage.
If the Client does not respond to messages in a timely manner, the completion of the artwork might be delayed beyond the agreed deadline. Should the break in communication extend beyond four weeks and the work has already begun, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission without giving a refund.
usage
The commission is meant solely for Client's personal use unless otherwise stated. The Client is allowed to post the watermarked versions of the image on their social media and websites, as well as print out the files for their own use. The Client is allowed to crop the image and use it as their icon.
It is kindly requested that the Client does not post high-resolution images of the commission online so as to avoid instances of art theft and gen-AI image scraping.
The Client is prohibited from manipulating the artwork in significant ways, i.e. changing the colours or adding own elements to it.
The Artist retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and submit it to social media. It is possible for the Client to request a delay in publication (if, for example, the commission is a gift for someone else), but a full privacy fee amounts to +100% of the original price and needs to be communicated beforehand.
refunds
The upfront payment is non-refundable.
Should the commission be canceled by the Artist for any reason outside of Client's inappropriate behaviour or lack of communication, a full refund will be given.
ai
The Artist confirms that no AI will be used at any stage of the work, including sourcing visual references.
It is requested that the Client does not use any gen-AI images as visual references, as it might result in the request being rejected.
The Artist explicitly forbids any use of AI / NFT in connection with her work. The Client is not allowed to use the files provided by the Artist for the purpose of generating AI images.
