GENERAL INFO
Personal use only. Contact me to discuss adding commercial rights at an additional fee.
Turnaround time: 3 - 8 weeks
You get two files: high resolution artwork in .png format (11x14", 300dpi) and a lower resolution Glazed version with a watermark.
You are allowed to use the artwork for personal icons or banners, as well as post it online with a visible watermark. Please do not upload the high-resolution, unwatermarked version anywhere public to avoid image scraping. Do not make any visual alterations or claim the artwork as your own.
I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and use it in my portfolio.
Any usage related to AI or NFT is strictly forbidden.

For Ko-fi commissions, please contact me via Ko-fi messages. Only the final artwork will be sent via e-mail.

Revisions and process
You will receive a bust-up (shoulders and up) portrait of the character by default. There’s an option to change it to a half-body for an extra fee, please see the “Add-ons” section below.
After I receive your commission request, I will respond through Ko-fi to confirm the commission. After some time you will receive a rough black and white render of the illustration for your approval. Once it's been confirmed, I continue working on the piece until completion and send it to your e-mail address.
Your only chance to request revisions is at the black and white stage - no major changes can be made afterwards. The reason for this is the fact that my colouring process is not entirely linear and consulting adjustments becomes increasingly difficult.
You can only request minor adjustments to the final artwork, such as tweaking the brightness, colour balance, contrast, etc. Of course, if I accidentally missed anything that we had discussed it will be amended at no extra fee.
Add-ons
Half-body with hands - by default, the character's hands are not shown. However, if you'd like to include them in the piece and therefore change it from a bust-up to a half-body, please check the "half-body with hands” add-on. Feel free to specify the pose and let me know if the character should be holding anything - small items can be included in this tier. The composition will still resemble that of a portrait - no extremely dynamic poses.

Full payment in advance through Ko-fi - on my end I use Stripe for processing.
No full refunds once the work has already been started - please contact me ASAP to discuss possible cancellations.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission request without giving a reason, in which case a full refund will be given.

By commissioning me, you agree to receive an artwork painted digitally in my semi-realistic style. As my process is often lineless, it requires a more organic approach to the subject. A shared work-in-progress meant to roughly represent the idea, but the final piece will always differ in subtle ways.
With these portrait commissions, I need to be able to have some creative freedom. If you prefer to have total control of the process, they might not be for you. If you would like to work on a project more closely, please e-mail me to discuss rates.
This is not a design commission. That being said, I am fine with working from a written description if no visual references are available, but with the understanding that it's my personal interpretation and I will not be providing back-and-forth design consultation outside of the standard revision process.
how to order
Head to my Ko-fi page and include the following information in your request:
Your name and link to your socials (if any)
Your e-mail address
The character's name
A short description of their personality
Visual references
A short description of their visual qualities in a written form - their skin colour, eye colour, hair colour, etc. This is to avoid inconsistencies between image references.
Whatever else that might be relevant to the request, like a preferred background colour, pose or expression.
Once the order is placed, I will try to get back to you as soon as I can! Please give me 1-2 days to respond. Keep in mind I will use Ko-fi messages to contact you!
